The Committee on Health and Human Resources moved to amend the bill on page 1, section 25, line 1, by removing the word, “shall” and inserting the word, “may”;

And,

On page 1, section 25, line 4, by inserting a period after the word, “Hospital” and striking the remainder of the sentence;

And,

On page 2, section 25, line 26, by inserting the following:

“(j) Jackie Withrow Hospital may not increase the number of patients currently residing or being treated at the facility.

(k) The Secretary shall sell the vacant beds, as of the effective date of this section, by July 1, 2017.”
